I am new member and need to pull my 1996 850 GLT half shafts off for an engine swap and I am not sure what size the axle nut on the half shaft is.
Its bigger then 30mm, which is the biggest socket I have.

It should be a 36MM.

If the axles have been changed before most of the aftermarket brands come with a nut that takes a 34 mm socket.

They must have been stock, It was 36 mm,
