Exclamation Help with multiple issues - Please Read

Okay so my 95 850 has really grown on me and now it's gone from a winter car to something i'm going to keep. Only thing is I'm a perfectionist and want this car to be tip top. Here's what's wrong:

My service light will not go out no matter how many times i reset it. It comes back on as soon as i put it in gear.

My odometer is broken, I've watched videos on how to repair and where to find parts but i want to find the TAN dashpad to replace mine if it's cracked.

Rear window defroster works but neither mirror (same switch)

Pass. heated seat works but not the Driv. (both switches work)

Driv. electronic backrest control clicks when pressed but nothing moves

I want to install factory fog lights (don't know if it's prewired or not)

Rear shocks, front struts need replaced (what brands should i look at?)

Needs a "Stage Zero" how much does it cost?

Where can I find aftermarket accessories (Smoked headlights/tail lights, cold air intake, etc.)

I know a lot of this is on this thread, but i'd like to compile all this information for not only myself but others who want to find the same things as me.

Thanks guys.

I love it when people buy these cars for beaters and quickly learn how great they are and decide to give them a long shot.

Idk about others, but extremely helpful people such as yourself make a difference. Without the write ups of yours and others I wouldnt have felt confident working on my DD car. Especially since everyone in my town seems to think a volvo is some sort of european witchcraft filled with triple squares or something.

As for aftermarket parts check FCP euro, ARD tuning, and IPD. If you want the smoked headlights. they're expensive lol. How many miles are on that thing? Being that you said it was a "winter" car at first

Thanks a lot. Ive watched them all lol. and well the odometer stopped at 108k and never turned back on after it sat for a while. i guess i could read the mileage from the computer but we've been having this "polar vortex" thing in indiana and its just now warming up. I really like this car and I just want it to last a very long time.

just for sh*ts and giggles what computers do you need to change out to put a turbo on a non turbo 2.4?

Also, I've reset my service light a dozen times. When I start it, it stays off UNTIL I put it in gear, then it comes back on everytime.

And, my engine is really loud it seems. I know the injectors are some of the noise but I'm going to post a video and see what you guys think. I've got to have it pulled for a rear main seal so what should I do while it's out of the car to keep it going another 100k or more?

Also, does anyone have access to the hood latch schematics? from the red pull lever in the car out to each latch? I've had to buy two replacement latches because the one on the passenger side won't hold the hood. They both say LHD VISIBLE on the face of the latch facing the engine. So the RHD VISIBLE side is against the bracket. On both sides. This doesn't make sense to me. I'm thinking one of them is backwards but have no way of telling. Can anyone give me an idea of what to do? it's nerve wracking having to worry about my hood flying up going down the road

Not sure what you are saying about the hood latches. If one is NOT latching, maybe it needs adjusted or the hood is out of alignment. Just fixed one today.

As for the motor, it sounds normal to me. Do you have a Volvo or Mann filter on it? You can hear my motor running in this video at about 7:30.

The turbo and NA motors are totally different.
