Default how to get o2 sensor out

trying to replace the o2 sensor.
the exhaust is old, rusty and not letting the sensor out easy.
I dont wanna wrench on the system too hard, as I dont wanna break my flex pipe.
Is there a trick to breaking the sensor loose while holding the exhaust system (thus not putting stress on any other joints or the flex pipe?)

I have sprayed it with PB blast.

Also, this exhaust (94 850 NA) only has 1 sensor right? I noticed a spot on the pipe after the cat (where it goes over the cross brace) that looks like it has a bung welded there. Not really the same size as a o2 sensor. But what else could that be?

I'm glad I looked because it does seem you only have the one. I checked FCP and autozone and they don't list a "downstream" sensor.

You might need to heat it up and then as it's cooling spray it a couple times with the PB so it gets sucked in as it's cooling. You can wrap on the fitting with a hammer or if your aim is poor put a chisel on the fitting and hit it. Might help break the connection loose. But heat and a tight fitting socket are your best bet.

The sockets or wrench assemblies you can get as loaners from most part stores.
