How to remove alternator??? 1997 850r
I'm trying to replace the alternator on my 1997 850r. I read the Chilton's manual. It says to remove the alternator bolts and the powersteering pump and bracket will come out together, which will give you access to the alternator.
I've removed all the bolts that appear to be holding down the powersteering bracket but it still won't lift out. How do I remove the alternator? Where exactly are the bolts located?
Thank you for your help in advance,

The pump is kind of a pain to get out. There is a few hidden bolts that you need to find. Look really closely.
Then there is a couple of bolts for the alternator then you will have to wiggle it some to get it out.
