windshield wipers
Turn the wipers on, and then get them to stop/park in the nearly vertical position. Then you can carefully bend the arms so that the blades make better contact with the windshield.
Just a little more detail on Psaboic's post...
to stop em vertically just turn off the engine, then to bend the arm...go to the base right near the pivot point...and press towards the windshield that causes the entire assy to 'tweak' towards the winshield...I had to do mine last night, I was coming home from the Detroit Airport and the roads were crappy...then when I get closer to Toledo, my one arm loosens up.... luckily it was the passenger arm...today I am going to put some 'loctite on the shaft and on the nut...that will prevent this from happening again...

To do mine I took the arm off and put it in a vise and bent it very slightly. I just made the existing bend a little more. I did very little thinking it would not be enough and I would just do more as needed being careful to not bend it too much. The first little bend was all it took.
