Default Ignition problems

When I start my car I have to turn the key back a little because I would hear that noise you hear if you turn the key if the car is already on.What part do u suspect I need to replace?

In the case of '94 Turbo T5, the Idle Air Control valve makes slight buzzing noise. With the key on (do not start the engine), open up the hood and listen to the IAC valve. See attached for the location; remove one Torx screw & the black throttle cover to get better access. If it turns out that the IAC valve was the problem, it is of no concern.

Not sure if I was clear eugh in my explanation but I don't have any spring action when I turn the key to start the car. In other words the key does not spring back to the left when I turn the key to the right to start. Could this be only an ignition switch problem?

Sounds like a bad electrical part of the ignition switch.

Yes it is pretty easy.
You need to take the black cover off around the ignition assembly. You will need a torxes 15 and 25 to remove the screws.
Once the covers are off then you can access the switch easy.
