stage 1 or 2 tune up (i dont rightly know which is which) new water pump and t-belt {after only15000 miles}--new maf sensor- cold air intake- cleaned intake mani and throttle body- new tps- new iac- silicone hoses throughout- manual boost controller (set at 19lb)-completely rebuilt and balanced 15g turbo (again @same mileage) manual fuel pressure regulator set at 75 psi- drained and flushed tranny (auto)- fresh synth oil 0-30 wt and mann oil filter every 2500 miles - plat spark plugs gapped to .030 instead of .028 (feels much more powerful like that to me - but its my preference)-no ecu remap yet- thats all i can think of at the moment and a very clean motor--------------------------- (for my chick to lay on while we have butt sex) --------------ohh wait i dont have a chick -------------- ahh well i still got my car lmfao---- :-p

You have had to do more to it than 19psi to get to 400+hp. Sorry but a 15g turbo is not going to do it either...whats the real setup?

I am having a hard time with this. After all the years and seeing all the other modified volvo dyno runs and the expected horse power output from reputable ECU companies and the seriously modified volvos on other forums the numbers just are not adding up here. I dont want to throw water on the fire but something just isnt right radio16. Then to find out its a 15g that even makes it harder to believe. What kind of dyno was this? Help me feel at ease here.

Again I am with Boxpin on this one...I call BS especially with a 15g and 19psi...you are WAY WAY out of the efficiency range (unless running Meth/Water kit) of the 15g. Come-on radio16 whats the real setup? I have some suspicion the dyno corrective factors were not correct!

Hey radio don't sweat it brother. I can't tell you how many folks put numbers up like that but do not tell the whole story and trick some poor soul into a grudge race to take your money! I bet he put correction factors in wrong on the dyno calculations. This would completly screw up you numbers and give false information. Not a big deal!

Not bad Boxpin, i'm sure it pulls harder than the auto after 80, 1/4 mile not so much..
Looks serious with those thick *** tires on the s90 wheels.

The first gear in these manual transmissions is just way to short. You leave and your hitting the rev limiter in nothing flat. I am looking for drag radials now. I need to hook up so I can launch harder. I bogged on that one, but hey, I beat that shinny white Mustang.

also, if you really are running 19psi out of a 15g on a stock tune, thats not smart..
