Default Issue with window regulator and window rollers

New here and just bought an 850 GLT 1993 not too long ago and I am having issues with the passenger front window.

I replaced the window regulator (pulled from a jukyard car) and the window rollers (bought from dealership). I get the ***** on the window regulator to lock into the window rollers but not tightly. They easily pop out even with the clips tightly seated. I have cranked on them with pliers and they are as seated as they can be without breaking the plastic roller.

The motor works fine as my it was tested and moves the arm without any issues.

Maybe the track or weather stripping?

Any help with this issue would be AWESOME as I am stumped.

I have worked on multiple cars before so I am not an idiot just need a guru to maybe shine some more light on the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Those ***** are very hard to lock onto the rollers. They are also real hard to get out. Check another window roller to verify that you have them locked all the way in.

This worked thanks a ton. I thought I had then locked in but didn't want to break the plastic rollers. I cranked on them with channel locks and I heard them lock in all the way. Window works great. Thanks a million rspi! Its snowing outside now so I am glad to have a window that works!
