Still nothing.

the three port vacuum plug that I am referring to screws into the side of the bottom portion of the air box.

That was unplugged when I bought it and that plug I assume was ran to another, broken three port thing. The middle line on the correct one was plugged with a screw.

All hoses and stuff are back to normal.

I can;'t figure it out. The car still won't turn over.

Yep.

Twas the firing order.

AllData was completely different. Ghey.

Now its back to before the tune up.

One thing I never posted was that along with the car cutting out (fuel wise) it also smells like fuel, sort of rich.

Anything that tidbit helps with diagnosis?

I assume that is related to P0102 code. So it could be
1 bad or dirty MAF
2 disconnected or bad wiring to MAF
3 air leak near MAF
4 bad computer
I would try to eliminate first 3 before go to 4th.

I tested the MAF and it was fine (Unplugged while running, then dies).

As we've discussed before, like what tech has said, perhaps the FPR, fuel pump relay, or even the pump itself?

The starting issue I believe now to be the PNP switch.

I hate seeing this car just sit in the garage. Kind of depressing.

You may have multiple issues.
If pump or relay is bad you should be running lean not rich or not running at all.

We'll see how this goes.

To confirm, the Incorrect Gear Ratio code does indeed indicate a bad PNP?

After I fix that I'll worry about the fuel problem.

Timing belt is getting done Wednesday.

Indeed.

I can deal with the fuel issue, because it seems to be fine after a while. Bit I want it running properly.

I just hope the PNP fixes the problem :/

Woot!

I am getting a new OEM Volvo PNP switch from a guy on VolvoSpeed!

He said he put it on his car and that was not the issue because his is a five speed.

Go ahead with it?

Do it, wouldn't hurt, and if that's it, well then your good to go, and if that's not the issue, sell it and scratch the pnp switch off the list of possible problems.
