Default Losing the pressure in the A/C system

Hi, we changed the compressor, mounted it, put freon in the system and it isn't holding the pressure, I mean we can get the pressure to 100 and 30 minutes after it goes down to 30, we couldn't find or hear any leak, we don't know what else to do, like a month ago we put freon in the system and it worked like 30 min., after that it started blowing hot air, that's when I decided to change the compressor, it was a good decision because like 3 days ago the bearing that goes in the clutch stoped working, so we decided to change the compressor, when we got it out, it had no freon or oil or pressure at all, we'll check tomorrow for leaks with lhe dye and the light, but what surprise us is that we can't hear anything with that pressure or see any spill anywhere, do you have any suggestions?, we tried looking under the evaporator, still couln't find no spill or hear anything, so we don't know what to think about, I woud greatly appreciate your suggestions, thanks.
