Really just out of curiousity, cause it makes no diff to me at this point. but i was wonderin which gearbox my car has in it. In one of the threads about swaps, it says the H's come in 96+ cars, but mines a 95 glt, and in the owners manual that came with the car it lists the transmission as an m56H with the gear ratios as:
1st - 3.07:1
2nd - 1.90:1
3rd - 1.19:1
4th - 0.87:1
5th - 0.70:1
FDR - 4.00:1
