Default manifold

Well looks like I need a manifold, close to 300,000 kms on it lol. Im thinking either find a used one, or maybe have it welded. Dont really want to pay 600 bucks for a new one. My question is... has anyone had to weld their manifold before, or picked up a used one from the scrap yard, thanks

Intake or exhaust manifold? And what level trim 850 do you have?

I got an R exhaust manifold for $200 from Volvospeed.

Turbo or N/A? If a turbo, you cand find Japanifolds or R manifolds for $150ish to $300ish respectively.

I'd think you should be able to find one at a junk yard pretty easily.

it's scan tech so quality is not the best, but for the price it works..

I wouldn't take the welding route-it could be a route to death. Replace it with a new unit. A used unit could fail sooner than you think, in such case there is additional cost.

Scan-Tech doesn't have good reputation, but it seems to be the only option, unless you can locally find one made by Bosal (Canadian MFG; higher quality) for about the same $CDN.
