Arrow Manual Swap

i know its probably been post more than enough on here but i cant firnd it but i did find this though but i want to know if i can get most of these parts out of the car that has the transmission and if so which parts?
with all the parts from the car where can i find the rest of the parts?

******POSTED BY BILL AT ADRENALINE RACING*****
M56H is from 1996+ cars. The M56L is from -95. I am told by many racers in Sweden to go with the H. I did and it is good. Parts needed are:
M56H transmission
"R" clutch disc, pressure plate and throw out bearing.
Flywheel from a -98 car that has been machined flat and true again.
Shifter assembly with cables.
Hydaulic slave cylinder line from the clutch pedal to the bell housing.(one piece)
The clutch pedal/brake pedal combination unit.(one piece)
The clips to hold the clutch line to the pedal.
The bolt that attaches the slave to the firewall for clutch. There is a knockout already in the fire wall. You will need to loosen the booster though to slide it in.
The slave cylinder on the bell housing to actuate theclutch fork.
Clutch fork if it is not included with the tranny.
AXLES from the manual.
Synthetic Volvo fluid.

tHANKS ALL

There is a few guys on VS that sell the complete kits for about 1k for everything from time to time.

Or find a used N/A 5 speed car and buy it and swap it all over.

Most likely you can use all of it unless you want to try to get a heavy duty clutch.

That sounds about right. I would try to get it all out of one car.
