Missing plug on excess coolant inlet port on turbo chra
Hi all,
After starting a turbo rebuild I have discovered the only thing that sealed my extra port was rust! I am guessing that it got so full of rust, it pushed out the plug and then held seal with the new "rust plug"
my problem now though is I cleaned away the rust plug and now have a threadless hole in my CHRA. Anyone ever replugged one of these threadless ports?
I am hoping there is an easy and cheap way.
Pictures attached is the coolant inlet side with the missing plug and coolant outlet side with plug still there.
Thanks!

Just wanted to say I got this solved I went to O'Reilly and they had a pack of engine plugs. The smallest engine plug "freeze plug" in the pack fit into the threadless coolant port hole. First I used a bolt and hammer to get the engine plug to the point of being flush with the hole, then I used a long 9/32 socket that fit perfectly into the port hole and onto the rim of the engine plug to tap it in.
hope this finds someone in need at some point.
