Default My turbo gauge needle popped off!

I have a 96 850 turbo that I took the instrument panel out of to replace a gear in the odometer, and as careful as I was in doing it I managed to pop the turbo gauge needle right off. Now, I can't get it to go back on. It seems like there should be something that it goes into, but I can't figure it out. Can someone offer me some help?? Anything would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

It happens.

There should be a shaft sticking out.. and the needle slides right over it.

With the cluster out of the car, the needle should be on the line between boost and vacuum.

Great, thanks! I got it back on, the back was misaligned, but now I can't figure out where the turbo vacuum hose connects to the instrument panel. Can you help me with that too??
