Default Noise after spring seat and strut mount install

I have been hearing a noise up front on my car only at slower speeds over bumps. I have replaced about everything up on the front end.
Bilstein HD struts ,strut mounts and inserts..year ago
Eibach springs & sway bar links.. two years ago
tie rods....year ago
ball joints..half year ago
after doing this it rode good for a while. Than I started to hear a noise from the front passenger side. It sounded like maybe the rubber strut insert was torn so I replaced with ipd's HD strut inserts. Thought noise was gone drove good a couple of weeks. Than noticed going over bumpy rodes sounded like strut bearings were bad so I got ipds upgraded strut mojnts put them on, and now car squeeks when going over small bumps at low speeds. Drives me crazy. If I stand in front of the car and push on bumper it squeeks real bad almost sounds like I can spray wd 40 and it will go away. I am sure it is probably more serious than spraying some lube on it.
Looking for any suggestions on what to look for.

I just did the plates yesterday with the upgraded one's from ipd. The mechanic said my olds ones were worn out alittle bit not as tight as the replacement one's. Car feels tighter and if I couldn't hear the squek I would say it feels perfect. The drivers side always felt better than the passenger side. When going over bumps. I thought I had this problem fixed after putting on the new rubber strut inserts and bearing plates.
