Default Noobs 1st post

Hej

I have a 95' Glt....the wife ripped off the driver's mirror on us...I put a new one on but not sure if I have to take off the door card to plug in the mirror....is there any easier way? Or a link that explains what I need to do...TIA

....looking for a V70 AWD R now btw. Any leads appreciated....want silver again !!

I believe you will need to remove the door panel.Remove the speaker grill there is 4 screws in there that holds the speaker in.You need to remove the one that is very long.I think it is the lower front.Then you need to remove the leather insert that is above the inner door handle.Be careful it just clips in there.Sometimes the clip will pull out of the panel.Remove the 2 t-30 screws there.Pull straight up on the inner door handle pulling it off.Then I think it should come off.There might be a clip or 2 holding the bottom of the panel to the door.Pull straight out releasing them.Then slide the door panel up and it should come off.Then you can plug the mirror in.
