normal tire rotation

Looks like I am lost somewhere cuz this is not getting into my head at all.
If I had my car on lift, i could rotate the tire(s) as much as I want as long as this rotation literally like rotating the tires axially.
Can you please give little more details so that I can understand i better. Some times things just pass over my head and I appologise for that in advance.

what i'm asking is, if i where to ive 1 good spin on a tire by hand, and if the pads aren't rubbing and the bearings are good, how many full rotations (roughly) can i get? for examply, on my drivers side rear tire, i feel like the pads are rubbing a bit and i get 1 full rotation..should it turn more than this?
thanks

This will depend on many other factors like how hard can one person push as compared to other and thus can not be refernced to a fix figure. I definately nderstood your point but because of variable factors, no reference can be created. sometimes the wheels with bad(loose) wheel bearings will probably spin faster or longer.
This will also depend on the weight of the wheels. steel wheels end to g little more because of the mass as compared to smaller size alloy wheels etc.
I would advice you to make a accessment bacsed on the friction you are feeling and the noise generated by doing that.
