I am trying to replace the nox sensor in my '97 850 turbo, andthe nox sensor is a revised one and came w/out a schematic, and a different wiring harness, volvo is saying this is the right part but will not offer any support. Anyone come across this or no where to obtain a schematic?

 

Where did you buy the part? If you got it from Volvo and it's not plug and play, it's the wrong part. If you bought an OEM 'replacement' and it doesn't have the correct plug, you'll need to splice the new one in. The wire colors should match up, but I would suggest returning it and getting a direct plug in from FCP Groton. You'll know it's correct and will save you a lot of trouble. - AB
