Default Oily Intercooler Hoses?

I just finished replacing all of my intercooler hoses and I noticed that some of them had a thin coating of oil inside them. Is this normal?

Most folks use mineral spirits, when cleaning inside of intercooler and hoses. A little oil film is normal, depending upon mileage on your car.

Remove air filter box to turbo inlet hose. Gently feel the compressor shaft inside of turbo. Pull forward and back. If there is excessive play, then you may need to have your turbo rebuilt.
