This should make all our cars run better Faurecia's system Just saw an article about this.

too bad it isnt something you can install yourself, or buy. the article said it was only going to be available on new cars, and would be installed pre-delivery.

I find the idea totally bizarre. How long would the speaker last running at temperatures like that?

Even if the speaker lasts if this was something you could add to an older car I can just imagine little Hondas sounding like that. Bunch of noise with out the go power.

IMHO, it's just lame.

What's next, a magnifying lens panel to make the engine look as big as the sound ??

Personally I don't want my Volvo to sound like a Ferrari. I like the way a Ferrari sounds but with out the looks and power whats the point. Maybe I should put it on my old Mercedes diesel, heavy car and about 120 hp sounding like a Ferrari -not.
