P0137 Code keeps coming back

P0137 Code keeps coming back, i clear it, and it comes back in about 20 miles before i would only come on every couple hundred, what would cause this?

I believe p0137 is a rear O2 signal...

i know its a low voltage but what would cause it? unless the sensor is failing?

It could be. If its starting to come on more frequently it could be. Id check it for rust or oil or even a bad wire, clean the connections.
If anything swap it out.
