Is there another source for touch up paint besides the dealer?? The gold 95 850 has a few chips I would like to take care of. So does the blue 01 XC70.

While I am at it I'll ask about painting the spoiler on the 850. The clear coat is badly flaked as the spoiler has been really baked by the sun. Any idea what it would cost to get it repainted? Or would it be better to just sand the spoiler down, prime it, and then just use matching spray paint and clearcoat?

try paintscratch.com. I've repainted my spoiler when it became faded. It's not too hard to do, you'll need to do some sanding, a color coat and then finish it with a few coats of clear. I think it came out fine.
