Quick querstion for anyone who can help. I'm doing my PCV system now and while I'm in there, im also cleaning the PCT. Now, i know theres obviously an opening on the top and the bottom, but there's also the vacuum line that comes off of it. Is this supposed to be open to the inside of the PCT? Thanks in advance.

 

Okay, we can disregard the first question - i got that cleared up, and with the help of a cordless drill, I managed to get everything opened back up.
