PNP switch

I have a 95 - 850 turbo wagon and the up shift light is blinking on the dash board. Is this a PNP switch fault? Is it easy to replace, if not how much would it cst foe a dealer to replace?

had mine replaced, it cost me about 450 bucks

I just got back from the dealer and yup is was about $475.
