PnP switch failing
Hello all-
I have the P0750 code, which indicates my PnP switch is failing.....I noticed today that I don't seem to have reverse lights, (had them last week) so I am assuming that this is just another symptom of the failing switch?
Thanks-
Brady

Mine was doing the same thing and even got to limp mode. It was the easiest fix I have ever done. All I did to fix it was turn the key on and then shift from park to low about 20 times. It cleans the contacts and can sometimes refresh them. It cleared the code on it's own after that. It stayed off for about a week so I figured it was good, but I wanted insurance. I put it up on ramps and sprayed it with MAF cleaner and shifted it a couple of more times.
Thanks for the input. I have read on other forums that some folks have taken it apart, cleaned all the old grease out, and replaced it with new grease. Apparently that works, but I'm wondering if you go to all the trouble to remove it, if it's not just better to replace it with a new one. Obviously you save the money by re-using it, but does anyone know what the life-span would be on a cleaned one?
