Default PO440 and PO133?

So I have this problem with my 96' 850 Turbo I'm hoping someone can help with. My car does fine driving and accelerating until it warms up and I get into stop and go traffic. It'll start with the rpms start to drop almost to the stalling stage(which sometimes does) almost like it's loading up? It'll start to stutter and puffing black smoke out of the exhaust. Tonight it got so bad that I couldn't accelerate hardly at all and tried stalling at every stop light(which really sucks in rush hour traffic). Usually It'll come out of it after I get it opened up on the open road a couple times. I've cleaned the IAC and bought a new MAF yesterday in hopes that it would fix the problem but evidently wasn't. What else do I need to look at to correct this problem?

I believe black smoke is fuel. You may have leaking injectors. It is likely running rich. How is the PCV system?

It does run rich. How do you check for a leaking injector and no I haven't got to the PVC system yet. Could that be causing the problems I'm having with the rough idle and stalling after driving for a while?

So after getting my car back from the dealer yesterday they told me my intercooler has a large hole in it and said that may be causing my problem but wasn't sure until it was fixed. Wanted to see what you guys thought about this? Could this really be causing my car to act the way it is?

Absolutely. Vacuum leaks, holes in intake tubes, etc. Need to be right, especially in a turbo car.

So it's definitely the intercooler causing my problems. Trying to patch the hole in the plastic while I wait for my new one to get here
