I was at the junkyard today pulling parts for my newly acquired Volvo. I saw a car there with decent power memory seats. Mine has just the manual heated seats. Are the electrical connections there for the power seats? Or will I have to run some wires to get them to function?

The wiring should all be there already.
You might have to install fuses and circuit breakers.
