My power seats not reclining. Is there an easy fix or I need to replace the entire seat electrical

Not sure. Do you hear the electric motor running? Most likely, something mechanical -- like cable -- has broken. May need an uphostery shop to help you gain access to problem area.

 

The Cable most likey is stretched.
Common on these cars. If you hear the motor it is the Cable.

If you open the Seat and Heat the Metal on the end of the cable and slide the plastic in more that will fix it for now.

If you feel at the bottom where the top section meets the bottom you will feel metal rings. They are called Hogrings. You will need to Cut them. Then start rolling the Leather up easy.You will find more as you go along. You will have to cut about 15 to 20 of them to get the leather High enough to get to the motor.
They will run up the Seat in the front and from side to side where you see the Seams.

You will have to buy new Hogrings and Pliers to install them.

The motor can be seen from the Back of the Seat when the Leather is up.

You will also have to unhook the Sides. The leather folds around and hooks onto a plastic cover.
