problem solved!!!!
Ok guys finally figured out my rough idle problem, my egr valve was stuck open and leaking and my boost problem was because the line from the cbv went to the egr valve which was wrong so i ripped the egr valve off blocked it off and hooked the cbv line to the intake......all I can say is WOW!!!! It's a whole new car now I can tell the diff. Between factory ecm and the ard white tune!!!! 14 lbs of boost is amazing lol gonna cut the cat out today and weld a custom 2.5" exhaust with magnaflow for the muffler, then weld the bung for the wideband!!!!!
Hey check with local laws before cutting cats. I have always just gutted my cats on my personal vehicle. That way "IF" I get pulled over for a "road side inspection" by a state trooper (YES THEY DO IT), I have what appears to be a normal functional catalytic converter.

Blocking off your EGR will not lower your temperatures. You have that one backward. With the introduction of the exhaust gas being mixed and diluting the air fuel mix the combustion temp is lowered which is what helps cut emissions.
With it blocked off you are burning more gas and the temperature is higher. Under hard acceleration the EGR closes so you get all the power even when it's hooked up. It's main function is during cruising to dilute the air fuel mix to lower emissions by lowering combustion temperature.
You don't really need to check local laws because it's Federal.
EPA: Federal law prohibits removal or replacement of a properly functioning O.E. converter.
E.P.A. guidelines state that replacement converters may be installed only in the following situations: 1. The vehicle is missing a converter
2. A state or local inspection program has determined that the existing converter needs replacement
3. Vehicles manufactured prior to 1996 must have more than 50,000 miles, and a legitimate need for replacement must be established and documented
4. In cases of OBD Il-equipped vehicles (1996 and later), the O.E. manufacturer's 8-year/80,000-mile warranty must have expired and a legitimate need for replacement must be established and documented.
Please note that Federal law prohibits removal or replacement of a properly functioning O.E. converter.
When replacement of the converter is appropriate (as outlined above), the E.P.A. further requires that:
1. It be installed in the same location as the original
2. It be the same type as the original (i.e., two-way, three-way, three-way plus air/three-way plus oxidation)
3. It be the proper model for the vehicle application as determined and specified by the manufacturer
4. It be properly connected to any existing air injection components on the vehicle
5. It be installed with any other required converter for a particular application
6. It be accompanied by a warranty information card to be completed by the installer.
State inspection laws in Virginia state that the cat must be present. Yes I am aware of the federal laws. I don't see the FBI pulling me over or knocking on my door anytime soon, so I do what I want with my kitty cat, and I like it gutted, not stuffed!
