I've been working several days to try to get my radiator cooling fan to shut off. the issue arose after replacing the alternator. It turns on automatically as soon as I turn the key in the ignition. So far I've already replaced the cooling ran relay and the temperature sensor, however, I did the diagnostic on the ECU and it gave me the code "1-3-5 No signal from engine coolant temperature sensor" and the fan continued to blow. Anyone have any ideas? I'm starting to pull out my hair over this issue!

 

There is a grounded wire in one of your clips.. unplug everything 1 by 1 and clean and reseat your connections.
