Assuming that you have the standard remote control system it is very easy.
Get into the car and close the doors. Toggle the ignition switch 5 times from off to position II within 10 seconds, on the 5th time that you get to position II leave the key in position II. Press and hold the lock or unlock button. After a few seconds the door locks should click.
If you have more than one remote you need to program them all in the same cycle. You can program up to 3 remotes but you only have 30 seconds to get them all programmed.
