Default Psycho turn signal

What would cause my left rear turn signal to keep cutting out. It just started today. It works then it doesn't, totally random. I'll put it on, get the fast clicks, then 2 sec later it works fine. WTF!!???

The fast click usually means you have a bulb going out.

flasher unit is incorporated into the system and is used to break and then reconnect the turn signal lighting circuit; this is what creates the blinking action. This flasher depends on resistance in the lighting system (front and rear bulbs) to operate correctly. If a bulb fails, the resistance in the system changes causing the flasher to blink quickly.

So you could have a bulb going out, or maybe it's a fuse or relay.

Put on your turn signal, get out of the car and walk around and check to see if it's the bulb.

I did that. It just decides to either work or not. I'm gonna replace the fuse and bulb just to be safe. Should I replace all the fuses?
