Default Pulsing while braking...

I have a bit of pulsating during braking however it is not all the time, sometimes its nice and smooth sometimes it just vibrates alot, it is not consistent which leads me to believe it is not the front rotors

I'd replace all four rotors. Check and see that the pads are seated correctly as well.

+1 I ordered my rotors online from DRT. All 4 rotors shipped to me for $145, and they're slotted. I'm VERY happy with them and my hawk pads (front and rear set me back $76 bucks. I love having friends who work at Tire Rack) - no squealing, no squeaking, no fade, and no pulsation.

DRT uses centric rotors and slots them (or cross drills and cross drills and slots) on a CNC machine. VERY nice product.

If the rotors are only slightly warped you will only notice it when braking from higher speeds. BTW; I personally have never seen rear rotors get warped.

You may have other front end components (tie rod ends, ball joints, etc.) that are worn too..

Not necessarily. It is complicated, but suffice it to say that one of a million variables come in to play, and can make it inconsistent.
