Default "R" Wheels.

Hey Guys,

Does anybody know what the R line wheels are called?

Im looking to source a set locally from the stealers in south africa.

are they the same as the S60R? (pcd ect)

Otherwise i see the volans are popular. But im really going for the T5-R look...

Thanx

The S60R rims are Pegs. The 850 T5-R ones are Titans but they are really soft.

Actually they are called Volans but personally I like the look of the Pegasus a bit better.

The Volans are the 96 and 97 R rims. The titans are the 95 rims.

^^^ Ipd's Replica Pegs look great!
IMhO, 850's on Pegs look dead sexy. Especially if you get your self a nice BBK to fill in behind the wheels a bit...

gotcha. I think you have to go up to 18s for the brake kit to clear, dont you?

17's will work but you have to have the right offset so the calipers clear the inside of the spokes. All the Pegs will clear just fine. But take the Volans, You'll need to run spacers (I can't remember of the top my head how large you'll need) for the caliper to clear the spokes.

Here is my 18" Peg with the WP Pro calipers and 330mm S60R rotors. You can see how much extra space there is...

The Porsche BBK has larger calipers so there is much less room to work with.
