Rear bumper removal

How would I go about removing the rear bumper on a 1994 850 wagon?

Most of these cars have 8 bolts on the back side of the bumper. Remove those bolts and it should come right off.

No dice. mine has 5 allen head bolts underneath the bumper cover, plus the three that hold each inner fenderwell in place. I have the fender well rivets cut out and took all 5 bolts off and it wouldnt budge.

Still looking for a solution for this one. Thanks for replying though rspi, even if it didnt work. =(
