rear shocks standard/self leveling

my 1995 850 t5 s/w is equipped with a self leveling rear shocks, can i replace them with standard shocks?

I haven't tried on a 850 but the older cars you needed to replace the springs as well.

You can but it is requires blocking off the linesto the Nivomats and you need to change the springs.
