I have a '94 850, and the radio sounds fine in the front - but the rear speakers are so quiet as to be almost inaudible. The fader switch is working in that when I set it to front, the rears do turn off - but no matter what I do, I can't get them to have any volume. I've read that the speakers are wired in series (?), thus a problem with one would cause them all not to work - but I don't know what to make of them all being very quiet. Could one be dead, and letting some amount of signal through? Or is this a connection problem, or an error in the radio?

I don't think it's the typical volume-**** problem that I've read about - there's no static when I change volume level, and the front speakers work just fine on both sides.
