Ive been getting the small circular red led light to come on and stay on when I start up my 850 in the morning. Its happened twice now when the weather is below 40F. Im referring to the small round light thats to the right of the mpg, outside temp, etc. Anyone know why this could be? It doesnt come on later in the day when its not as cold out.

 

It's just there to tell you that black ice could form on the roads. I believe when it reaches 36 F it comes on for a few minutes.

Strange lite that comes on at 36 and out at 22. I guess it figures you damn well better know it's cold when it gets below 22.
