minor help requested please. Horn stuck on, we pulled wire from horns..I assume I want to unplug relay until this gets fixed..Where is relay, is it under hood at fuses or under dash, is it labelled? I am 200 miles from my car and helping out the driver, so I apologize if its clearly labelled, and this is a silly question..

 

I think there is a fuse in the fuse box under the hood.im not sure if there is a relay for the horn.You will probaly need to replace the steering wheel to fix the horn problem.The wiring in the steering wheel goes bad.You cant just replace the wiring you need to replace the steering wheel.
