Default removing the sawy bar bushings

I tried to replace my sway bar bushings which are inside the metal mounting bracket. How do they come out of the bracket. It looks like two pieces top and bottem, but it is one piece. Any ideas?

Are you sure they arent split but just stuck to the sway bar?
If they are one peice then they will need to be slid onto the sway bar.
But I thought they were split to go around the sway bar.
Are the new ones split or 2 peices?

The new ones are just the bushing itself. I didn't get them from Volvo. The bushings I got look identical to the bushing inside the bracket. Unusaul material with a short square shape on the bottom that is a harder poly and a small split to manueaver over the sway bar . Maybe volvo sells it as a whole bracket and bushing, but i don't think you could get the bushing over the sway bar end. My friend and I were baffeled. The bracket is best described as a flat bottom piece and a top piece which has a semisphere in the middle with two flat ends on each end ( holes in each end for mounting to subframe), There are tabs on each side that hold the bushing in, these are two thick to manipulate. And it appears that the bracket is two piece, but the ends are solid and seem to be factory welded.
