replaceable steering wheel for 850?

is there a steering wheel from another volvo model that I can use to replace the one the stock 850? Mine is small and kinda crappy

I think you could use the wheel from a 960 or S90... but they're going to likely be the same size. Find a leather- wrapped 850 steering wheel...they're so much nicer than the polyurethane ones.
