On an 850 the door grills just pry off. I just use a smallish straight blade screwdriver to pry from the rear of the grills on the front doors and the bottom of the grills on the rear doors.

The rear deck speakers need to be removed as an assembly by removing the four nuts beneath the deck in the trunk. From there they can be disassembled.

The dash grills also just pop out with a small screwdriver or a bone tool.
