reverse lights don't stay on

Default reverse lights don't stay on
I have a question, when I put the car in reverse sometimes they come on and other times they don't. If i push the shifter forward with a little pressure they come on . To me it seems like some kind of contact or ground. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it thank you.

That is usually a problem in the PNP switch.

Buy a new PNP switch and replce it. This switch sits right on top of the transmission and there are many links on the guidelines to replace it.

Its not to bad. It just needs to be centered correctly.
