Five Lug...
Remove one of your factory wheels. On the back side, you will find all kinds of numbers cast into your wheels e.g. 6.5JX15 5x108x43
6.5x15 -- 6 1/2 inches wide and 15 inches in diameter
5x108 -- 5 bolts spaced 108 mm apart
43 -- 43 mm offset
Most aftermarket 5x108 wheels use 35 mm offfset, which is about right for Ford Taurus, but is too close to the outer fender for Volvo. Volvo front wheel bearings and hubs were designed to have the weight of the car distributed across 43 mm wheels -- regardless of 6.5, 7, or 7.5 inch width of wheel.
Compare a regular Volvo 6.5x15 wheel against a 7x17 wheel (e.g. Volan). Cast inside of both wheels is 5x108x43.

1993 was a split year with 4 lug and 5 lug rims.
