I'm not sure about that hose. If I had to guess I would say it leads to the power brake booster. I'd have to pull the air cleaner housing out to track it and that's something you can do too.

CHECKING FLUID LEVEL
1) Ensure vehicle is level. Apply parking brake and gear
selector lever to "P" position. Start and idle engine. Move gear
selector lever through all gears, while pausing 4-5 seconds for
engagement at each position.
2) Return gear selector lever to "P" position. Wait 2 minutes
and check fluid level with engine idling. Level should be between MIN
and MAX marks.

Just cut it and bring the cut piece to an auto parts store they can match it up.

I replaced mine with a piece of silicone hose
