Hi,

When I start the car and drive it the FIRST time I get up to around 20 mph there is a scraping or short "SHWA" like noise from the left-frontal area of the car.

This only happens the first time that I get to 20 mph after every time that I start the car.

I've always figured it was a sensor or something but I figured I should get your guy's opinions incase its something more harmful that I am not addressing.

Could be a worn axle. The grease in it could be low so it takes some time for the oil to warm up and move to the correct locations inside the access.
