Seat Belt Tensioners

Seat Belt Tensioners
Anybody know if the 1996+ model 850s or V70s used a 'ratcheting' type of seat belt in the rear seats? I believe it's called ALR and what usually happens is if you pull the rear seat belt out all the way, it will ratchet back in and lock in place. It's a mode thats used for installing child car seats. I don't have them on my '95 and I'm forced to use a locking clip on my son's car seat. If you've ever used a locking clip you know how much of a PITA they can be. Im wondering if an ALR-type tensioner can be safely retrofit into a '95?
Thanks!
Thanks!
