Seatbelt wont wind back up

i have an issue with my driver side seat belt it wont let out but will wind up, any help? or should i jus but a new seatbelt track if that's the correct name for it

When that happens you usually have to replace the assembly. Something inside breaks.

Also alot of times no one will sell them used either due to being tied into the SRS system.
