My sister in law's 94 850 turbo

2 years ago she was having the "upshift arrow" and staying in gear issues so I replace the PNP switch. Problem solve.

Now she is telling me that the arrow is coming back on and sometimes it is hard to shift the gear lever.

I know the gear lever issue is probably the microswitch for the interlock. Can that cause the upshift arrow to light up? I am thinking maybe we have 2 issues here?

PNP switch is bad again AND the microswitch issue?

The PNP switch was Genuine Volvo should it have "worn out" so fast?

Should I check other things?

 

Shifter coming out of part yes micro switch.

The Arrow pull the codes first then go from there.
